Our trip to the Maori Rock Carvings was magical. The weather was perfect. The catamaran we went on was spacious and the staff allowed you to go anywhere on the boat to view the scenery. It was modern and fast. The staff were welcoming and provided a very nice morning tea of freshly made muffins and tea/coffee. The carvings were amazing and our captain took us right up to the base of them. A great tour that I would recommend to everyone while visiting Taupo.
